Alpine Star S.n.c. is an artisan textile company specialized in "terry cloth" production, covering the entire production cycle, from raw material to finished product, all exclusively produced in Italy.

Almost all of the used cotton is purchased, yarn on cones, directly from countries of origin and stored in abundant amounts on location.

Particular attention is given to the weaving of the yarn. The decision to perform an internal processing of this type derives from the desire to select the best quality of raw materials used to guarantee the finest and highest quality products.

We keep abundant supplies of warp yarn on the beam in stock in order to quickly fulfill any new supply requests.

The weaving

Weaving is the essential activity and the pride of Alpine Star S.n.c. Employed machinery (rattera land jacquard looms), allowing the creation of the multiple varieties needed by our customers.

Unbleached woven semi-finished products are sent on a daily basis to outsourced Italian companies for the necessary mercerization.

The mercerized fabrics get back to the company for final processing phases: cutting, packaging and bagging.

As a final procedure, the various items are packed and stored at our warehouse, ready to be sent to various destinations.
